Inez Adauto, PhD

Dr. Adauto is a management consultant specializing in organizational planning for profit sector and nonprofit sector organizations. He is also tenured professor at El Paso Community in the Counseling. He has taught at several graduate institutions in the southwest including the University of Phoenix, Webster University Park College and at the undergraduate level, El Paso Community College.

As a consultant, Dr. Adauto has worked to develop strategic plans or process evaluations for organization such as the New Jersey Commission on Higher Education, the Texas State Leadership Consortium for Professional Development and several local health and housing corporations.  He has directed federal grants such as the Trio’s projects, Upward Bound and Educational Talent Search.  Professionally Dr. Adauto is a also a Master Presenter for the International Quality and Productivity Center at The University of Texas.  As a researcher his dissertation was a by the International Society for Educational Planning.
