John Borst, PhD

Dr. John Borst currently teaches at Jones International University in: Research Methods for Graduate Studies, Dynamics of Person-to-Person Communication, and Understanding the Human Communication Process. He is an adjunct faculty member with Antioch University, Chapman University and Columbia College. His work experience includes: Senior Management Development Representative, McDonnell Douglas (now part of the Boeing Company) and Team Development Coordinator, Rockwell International (now part of the Boeing Company.)

He is currently consulting program evaluations of distance learning. His past consulting includes total quality management, i.e., facilitation of project teams, quality circles, motivation seminars and curriculum development in research methods. John is published, Problem Solving for Team Success.
