Dr. Addesso is a JIU professor in the BABC program and is a consultant and trainer.

Dr. Addesso is a consultant and trainer in addition to teaching for JIU. She has conducted seminars in the Management Development Center of San Diego State University, and was a training and organizational development manager and an organizational development specialist for Cox Communications. Dr. Addesso was also the Director of Academic Affairs at University of Phoenix, San Diego campus. She is the author of Management Would be Easy...If it Weren't for the People and a contributor to The Online Teaching Guide: A Handbook of Attitudes, Strategies and Techniques for the Virtual Classroom. Her latest book is The Boss From Outer Space and Other Aliens at Work:  A Down-to-Earth Guide to Getting Along with Almost Anyone.
