Steven W. Gampp

Steven Gampp provides business advisory, mergers and acquisition, tax planning, and capital formation services through his own firm, Steven W. Gampp, CPA. From 1996 to July 2005, Mr. Gampp was a senior executive for Jones International, Ltd. (JI), the parent company of Jones Knowledge, Inc. (JKI), and multiple subsidiaries in the Internet, e-commerce, software, education, entertainment, radio, and cable television programming industries. From September 2002 until August 2004, he was chief executive officer of the JKI companies, including Jones International University, Ltd. From 1996 until July 2005, he was president of Jones Cyber Solutions, and was responsible for the Jones Technology Group. From 1996 until 2003, he was the chief financial officer for JI. Mr. Gampp has more than 25 years of financial and executive business experience. Prior to joining Jones, he served as the vice president, secretary, and treasurer for Nu-West Industries Inc., a publicly held mining and manufacturing company. While at Nu-West, he played a critical role in the company's financial recovery and success, with primary responsibilities for business development, commercial and investment banking relationships, tax compliance, and investor/security analyst/financial market relations. Prior to Nu-West, Mr. Gampp served as vice president of acquisitions and finance for Quinoco Petroleum Inc., where he was responsible for the company's acquisition activities, commercial and investment banking relationships, tax compliance, and financial accounting and reporting. Mr. Gampp holds a bachelor's degree in business/accounting from Miami University, Oxford, Ohio, and a master's degree in taxation from the University of Denver. A Certified Public Accountant, Mr. Gampp is a member of both the American and the Colorado societies of Certified Public Accountants.
